10th - Gavin - 7lb 11oz - 2 fish - peg 10
Biggest Fish - George Clark - 14lb 3oz
After a mild start to the day and several fish being caught from all over the lake, the weather changed for the worst, a very heavy rain and then a heavy frost on the night, making the sport difficult, with none of the big fish being caught. Even so 10 anglers battled it out to land a total of 65 fish.

In first place was George Clark with 16 fish from peg 6 for a total of 96lb 10oz. George also landed the biggest Carp of the Match at 14lb 3oz, and also set a new Bream P.B. with a 9lb 2oz specimen. In second place was Nic Fox with 66lb 4oz from peg 15. Mark came third with a total of 59lb 4oz from peg 14.

Keynsham A.A. would like to thank Shiplate Fisheries for their very kind hospitality and making us feel very welcome at their venue. It seemed as if they couldn't do enough for us - even after the Match they made us tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Many thanks.

5th May 2012 • All-Night Carp Series - Duchess Pond - 8am To 8am • Round 2
1st - Nick Fox - 29lb 06oz - 2 fish - peg 4
2nd - Sean Clark - 29lb 04oz - 1 fish - peg 3

4th - Ian Tucker - 14lb 12oz - 1 fish - peg 6
Biggest Fish - Sean Clark - 29lb 04oz
Fishing a cold north easterly wind for nearly all of the Match, the fishing was very hard, but Sean Clark came up trumps catching the biggest resident in the pond for a respectable 29lb 4oz, and banking a new P.B. and club Carp record. However he could only manage second place.

Nick Fox - fishing up behind the island on peg 4 - managed to take two fish which give him the win and moves him closer to catching George on top spot, who came in third with a single fish of 16lb 12oz from peg 7.

6th - Sean Clark - 17lb 6oz - 2 fish - peg 7
7th - George Clark - 8lb 0oz - 1 fish - peg 1
Biggest Fish - Dan Fox - 18lb 0oz
Fishing in July, we weren't expecting over 12 hours of rain, yet all but one angler caught. Ian Tucker fished from peg 8 on the method feeder with maggots, tight to an island and came up trumps, catching steady from the off to bank an impressive 99lb 8oz and bag first place. Ian now tops the leaderboard after three rounds.

Second was Dan Fox with 7 fish for 87lb 8oz from peg 10, including the biggest fish of the round at 18lb.. In third place was Adam Smith, who landed 5 fish for 42lb 6oz from peg 2. Round 4 will now be a single Match at Century Old Pond on September 15th.

15th Sep 2012 • All-Night Carp Series - Century Ponds - 8am To 8am • Round 4
1st - Ian Tucker - 14lb 8oz - 2 fish - peg 3
2nd - George Clark - 5lb 0oz - 1 fish - peg 2
The fourth and final round saw a very disappointing end to the 2012 Series, with only two anglers fishing. The Match was ended early in the evening in favour of a hot curry and a warm bed. In first place was Ian Tucker with 14lb 8oz from peg 3. Ian banked the biggest combined Series weight to win the 2012 Series.

In second place was George Clark with a solitary fish of 5lb from peg 2, which was enough to elevate George to second place overall in the Series. Sean Clark landed the biggest fish of the Series with a 29lb 4oz Carp in Round 2. Thanks to George and Ian for organising the Series. Details of the 2013 Series will be published in the near future.
